Okonomiyaki @ Low Yat Plaza

display

Okonomiyaki...it's like Japanese's pizza. This Japanese food is originated from Hiroshima.

This stall at Low Yat was opened and run by a Japanese lady.

menu

The main ingredients are soba, cabbage, egg, seafood, beansprout, bacon, mayonese etc. Cook on a flat steel pan. Just like pizza, besides the standard types, you can choose the ingredients your want and make your own Okonomiyaki!

After around 20min...the end results.

Eat with sweet sauce...hmmm :-)

This one is Mayo Okonomiyaki with Seafood + Prok @ RM16. The portion is quite big so it's best to share.

Tips: Must order one with pork bacon! The bacon makes the Okonomiyaki even more tastier!
